Projects in the Snake lineage

The historical material on this site is documented history. This section covers live projects I'm watching — clearly separated, and described only as their official public channels describe them.

Featured project

OGSnake.world

OGSnake gameplay: a glowing green pixel snake winding across a dark grid on a phone

OGSnake.world is a browser-based Snake game. Its central promise is the same one that made my 1997 original universal: nothing between you and the first move — no store page, no download, no install.

Gameplay

The loop is the classic one. Steer with a thumb or the arrow keys, collect, grow, and stay clear of your own tail. Speed escalates with success, so the difficulty curve is generated by the player rather than by designed levels.

Play-to-earn and reward features

Where the project publicly describes reward, token or play-to-earn mechanics, those descriptions are theirs. I report them here as claims made by the project, not as verified facts, endorsements or financial advice from me. Check the official site before participating in anything with financial consequences.
